The gradient tool in Photoshop is awesome. But, more often than not, there are times when you want to try out a few gradients to see which one will work the best for your design. Instead of going to the tool options bar to access the Gradient Picker, simply press [Enter]. Photoshop will automatically display the Gradient Picker right where your mouse pointer is. Press [Enter] again to close the Picker.
