I was born in Vietnam, and was fortunate enough to have come to this "God Zone" country. Fresh air and green grass are certainly a few things that I don’t take for granted. I do consider myself a Kiwi, especially since I have represented New Zealand in Inline Hockey and had a chance to beat the Aussies (isn’t that what we all Kiwis want to do?).
Started out as a scientist, I graduated at Massey Univeristy with a Bachelor in Technolgy, and recently a Ph.D in dairy technology. I have always loved photography, and picked up my first proper camera in 2000 when I wanted to take beautiful pictures on holidays. My big break came at the beginning of 2006 when a friend of my brother desperately needed a photographer two weeks from their wedding date. I quickly discovered my hidden talent and devoted my time to pursue this exciting and rather unexpected career. I am truly proud to present Picture Perfect Photography.
My aim is to be a leading photographer who offers unique and exceptional photographic art that will adorn homes and work places. I have backed up this aim with the many awards that I have won this year in professional and international competitions in NZ, Australia and America. Despite the many awards that I have won, nothing is more rewarding than the “Wow” and “Awww” and best of all, tears, that I often receive from my clients when they see their wedding or portrait pictures. This is when I know I have done my job and surpassed their expectations.
